Very good hotel, excellent staff, spacious rooms with many facilities. Nice view from restaurant. Good breakfast. Small pool and spa on the roof. Clean rooms. Friendly service.
Nothing bad to say.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help when we were stranded in Sarajevo by the dust cloud (so we stayed longer than a day). Ask them for taxis because they are better and cheaper.
nothing wrong at all

One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed the spaciousness and the old furnished style, which added a touch of charm to my stay. The comfortable beds were a delight, and the room had all the usual features I needed, including a fridge. The staff were professional and always willing to provide useful information and advice, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast with its superb view over the city was the perfect way to start my day.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

It is hard to get any better value for money than Italia. Being a really cheap hotel the it had some similarities to top hotels. The room was huge (~80 m2+ three balconies), clean and silent. Everything worked excellent with booking, paying and service. Everyone is friendly. The walk to the city centre is not that far, ~20 min and otherwise taxi is ~€2.50.
Compared to a standard business hotel, Italia is little bit worn out, the staff we met did not master english (at all) and the coffe wasn't that tasty. The paintings on the walls were terrible, but that can happen at any hotel.

Having previously stayed at this hotel I knew of its location and ease of access to transportation sightseeing and city centre shopping

Big rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. A bit out of the centre of town but taxis are very reasonable or an interesting 30 min walk into town.
